Labtech 11 Patch 7 has been released. Here are the release notes and fixes:

Administration

  • #5406466: Corrected an issue where the Overview tab in the Dashboard, reset counts to zero once selected. Now, the counts highlighted in red remain intact even when selected.

Agents - Mac / Linux

  • #7912598: An issue has been addressed that caused some Mac agents to return the wrong agent name in the LT Tray > About.

  • Corrected an issue that would not allow the Mac agent's chat window to close.

  • #7991249: Corrected an issue where the remote Mac agent's name would revert to 'localhost' after issuing the Resend System Info' command.

  • #5338609: An issue has been addressed that caused the Manual AV Scan script to break at line 21 for any virus scanner with a space in the program location name.

  • #8108747: Corrected an issue that prevented drives from being inventoried and displayed in the Computer Management screen > Drives tab.

  • #8104898: Corrected an issue that prevented Mac agents from submitting tray tickets to the ConnectWise Portal.

Automation Server

  • #7788851:The Tools > Reload Report Filters menu is no longer available in the Control Center as the report filters are now a static dataset in the ReportFilters table.

IMPORTANT: If you access custom report filters via HTTP, you will need add them to the ReportFilters table manually; otherwise they will no longer work.

Computer Management

  • #8432740: Corrected an issue that caused the System tile to intermittently lock the LTClient.exe.

  • #8458450: Corrected an issue where the Search menu within the Computer Management screen caused the Control Center to crash.

  • #8385241: Corrected an issue that caused the Computer Management screen to time out on large scale systems any time a command was sent.

  • #8339311: Corrected an issue that caused the Patch Reboot Window to display on the Effective Policy tile > Templates after the new Patch Manager was enabled.

  • Removed the following fields from the Effective Policy > Template area of the Computer Management screen when the new Patch Manager is enabled:

  • Windows Update from the Agent Settings section.

  • Patch Install Window, Patch Reboot Window and Disable Reboot Window from the Schedules section.

  • Patch Reboot Mode from the Access Modes section.

  • Corrected an issue that made it possible to enable multiple Network Probes at one location.

  • #8176869: An issue has been addressed that caused FasTalk to not automatically start when the new Computer Management screen was launched.

  • #8256528: Corrected an issue for Cloud partners that caused the Control Center to crash anytime the Up or Down Arrow was used in the LabTech Command prompt.

  • Added the ability to display the phone number of a location to the right of the ComputerID in the Title bar of the Computer Management screen.

  • Added "Collecting Data" in place of "Collection" on the Network Probe tile in the Computer Management screen.

  • #8159949: Corrected an issue on Mac agents where the Software tab was not being populated with applications after issuing a 'Resend Software' command.

  • Added a new icon for Commands in the Computer Management screen.

  • #7872420: Corrected an issue that caused memory types to not display within the Hardware tab.

  • Added "Collecting Data" in place of "Collection" on the Network Probe tile in the Computer Management screen.

  • Corrected an issue that caused the Patching tile to appear in the Devices dashboard instead of the Automation dashboard.

Control Center

  • An issue was addressed that caused a decrease in the performance of the Control Center login when a large custom image was used for the Control Center splash screen.

General / Other

  • #7795968: An issue has been addressed that caused an error to occur when using the TimeCategory filter on the Timesheet report.

  • #7283406: Corrected an issue that caused the Status column to not populate within the Ticket_Status report in the Report Manager.

Install / Uninstall

  • Corrected an issue where the Automation server removed Version information.

Monitoring / Alerting

  • #8187078: An issue has been addressed with newly created Internal Event Log monitors that caused the Once Per X Days option to function as Send Fail After Success for the Monitor Mode and Duplicate Alert Frequency fields.

  • #7994078: Corrected an issue where alerts were not suppressed as expected during the maintenance mode nor properly raised after the maintenance mode was over.

Patch Management

  • An issue has been addressed with the Patches list on the Dashboard that caused the Control Center to crash or lock the Patch Manager.

  • #8387500: An issue has been addressed where WOL enabled machines were unable to write the next patch window in the database.

  • #8404537: An issue has been addressed that caused the Control Center to crash when selecting a Not Set policy from the Groups screen.

  • #8281628: Corrected an issue in the Light theme that caused text to appear white on a white background within the filter search box.

  • The patch processing speed has been improved.

  • #8028666: An issue has been addressed that affected the ability to install/uninstall multiple patches from the Patching tile.

  • #8175745: Corrected an issue within the Scripting section of the Patch Reboot policy that caused the Before and After script to save incorrectly, causing the wrong script to run.

  • #8177498: Corrected an issue that caused the Age column in the Patch Summary grid of the Patches screen to not sort properly.

  • An issue has been addressed that caused the Cancel button to function as a Save button when modifying the Current Approval Setting.

  • An issue has been addressed that caused successful patch jobs to appear as Failed or Error on the Patch Jobs window from the Patches screen.

  • Corrected an issue that caused the Overall Compliance % calculation to change based on the Compliance Date Range selected.

  • An issue has been addressed that caused the Groups screen to become inactive after modifying the Membership Type.

  • #8021721: Corrected an issue that caused the Deployment Percentage on the Patch Health Report to round the value incorrectly.

  • An issue has been addressed that caused the filters, generated after clicking on a graph from the Dashboard, to filter incorrectly.

  • An issue was addressed that caused Linux systems to display in the Patch Manager.

  • Added a status indicator (*) next to the Patch Job Date to represent a patch job is currently running. This appears on the Devices screen > Patch Information section > Patch Job tab.

Scripting

  • #7866388: An issue has been addressed that caused .NET runtime errors and the LT DB Agent to crash when using a script to email reports.

  • #8085246: Corrected an issue where SQL Fetch Dataset Row was not casting the value to a string.

  • #8408010: Corrected an issue that occurred with script variables that contained "$+" in sequence.

  • #8124795: Corrected an issue that caused the Variable Set: Temp Directory variable to not work as expected on OS X machines.

  • #5338609: An issue has been addressed that caused the Manual AV Scan script to break at line 21 for any virus scanner with a space in the program location name.

Ticketing

  • #8105050: An issue has been addressed that made ticket attachments inaccessible from the Reading View tab and Ticket Items tab when attached via the "Ticket Attach File" script function. This fix will not retroactively fix previous attachments.
